Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on all orders placed at gunmetalofficial.com, starting from the date your order is delivered.
To request a return, please use our self-service returns portal through your Gunmetal Customer Account. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll refund the full amount originally paid, including the original delivery charge.
We’re a very small team and are working hard to make returns as simple and smooth as possible. Our process will keep getting better as we grow.
Returns are usually processed within 2–4 business days of arriving with us. We’ll email you once your return has been completed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once places so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order.
Duties and import taxes
Duties and import are not (yet) included for orders placed outside of the UK.
